Ordinarily, I would have nothing but great things to say about the staff and Dr. Timmerman and rate with five stars, however not today! While nothing personally directed towards Dr. Timmerman, as he has always been pleasant in taking care of myself and my husband, but his staff dropped the ball with an emergent situation! I left an email, I left a voicemail, I returned the call and waited on a response to see if my husband would be able to be seen today and never once was I told that 30 emergency patients came in over the weekend and that he wouldn't be able to accommodate him in smoothing a broken wisdom tooth that is cutting into him over 24 hours, but I was told that she would check with Dr. Timmerman, and give me a call back to let me know where they could fit him in. My husband, mean time calls their office and was told by the young lady that I never called and that Dr. Timmerman could not see my husband today due to 30 emergent patients had called over the weekend, offered no alternative, offered nothing!! IDK what sort of BS was going on in the office, but this level of professionalism is not what I have been used to and is not acceptable in any type of business and needs se

He is great. An emergency came in. He took care of the man to get him out of pain. I have had an emergency and was treated the same way. They are a great team. That's why we drive 45 minutes each way.

Dr Timmerman is absolutely wonderful, caring, gentle and takes his time with each patient. He has the best bedside manners & I’d highly recommend him! The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is not because of him but because his front office staff Stacy & Angela have the most awful manners I’ve ever run across. When you call, they make it seem like you are such a bother, have an attitude and very short. It’s the same when in office. Not impressed with them by any means but hey, everyone isn’t as nice as Timmerman is. They could take some lessons from him no doubt! Don’t let them stop you from seeing an amazing dentist! He’s the best in the CSRA!

I've been seeing Dr. Timmerman for the past 20 plus years and he's the best! The staff are very nice and do their best to make sure you are welcome! The hygienist is very gentle and thorough with my cleaning.

Excellent caring professional dental care. These folks are the absolute best. They are very friendly and pleasant. They took excellent care of my wife with her root canal. I cannot say enough about Dr. Timmerman and his entire staff. They are wonderful. I look forward to many years as a patient. Thank you folks again for such wonderful service and care.
